Digital PR success for Linwoods
Linwoods, the healthy super food company began work with BOTTLE PR in May 2009, since then, the company has achieved in excess of 70 pieces of coverage across; consumer magazines, trade publications, national newspapers, online, regional media and radio.
Numerous competitions have been set up, national media house events carried out, national sponsorship opportunities maximised and various sampling activities have been taken advantage of. All of which has resulted in the brand becoming more recognised and the UK consumer better educated about the health benefits of Linwoods healthy super foods.
In addition to the success of the consumer campaign, Linwoods is due to benefit from new retail partnerships, to be announced in the New Year.
One of the latest tactics implemented by BOTTLE PR was the involvement of Linwoods with the first ever live Food Blogger Connect event in the UK, which took place in November.
Linwoods supplied its products to be included in the event goody bags which were a roaring success. Following the event seven individual bloggers have written about Linwoods’ products and one has created a brand new Apple Crisp recipe with Linwoods Flaxseed, Sunflower and Pumpkin Seed blend.One of the event organisers Bethany Kehdy said the following “Thank you so much for all the product samples you provided for the goody bags. They were well received and everyone has been talking about them.”
