CCA set to create 100 new jobs in 2010 following more UK client wins

9th February 2010

Year-on-year growth is taking contact solution provider places

Defying the recent spate of job cuts across the sector, CCA International, one of the UK’s leading core contact solution providers in the outsourcing market, has announced plans to create one hundred new jobs in the UK this year.  The new roles will support the recent customer acquisitions won by the fast-growing organization.  CCA International builds innovative contact strategies for customers delivered through multi-channel platforms, including voice, SMS and web-based communications.

The company was recently cited as the only organization in the sector to consistently improve sales growth and profitability growth over the last four years, an average of 25% business growth year-on-year.  Alongside customer wins, this has been achieved through a significant focus on growing client business.  In 2009, 85% of the business’ overall 10% growth came from retaining and growing existing business.  As part of this growth, CCA International has moved to state-of-the-art offices in Shorditch to accommodate the 100 employees recruited last year.

CCA International, which operates 17 contact centres in seven countries and is listed on the Euronext, Paris, currently employs 600 people in the UK and works with many blue chip house hold brands.

Carol Rogerson, Managing Director of CCA International (UK) comments:  “Delivering intelligent customer journeys for the end-user is what our business is about.   We know that the best way to grow our business is to help our clients grow through the added value we offer.  Our ongoing success demonstrates the extent to which our clients are confident we’re doing this.”

Following demonstrable success in the publishing sector in 2009, CCA International will be looking to take this sector expertise forward through new client wins. Retail and home shopping have also been singled out as priority markets.

Carol Rogerson indicates that acquisition will be key to CCA International’s ongoing strategy this year, alongside considerable organic growth which will be underpinned by a proactive recruitment drive to fill more than 100 new positions at the company.

“We’re really excited to be bucking the trend in terms of our recruitment drive this year as people really are the cornerstone of our business.  Clients recognise the distinct levels of professionalism amongst our employees that has come about through extensive investment in training and coaching.  I’m delighted to be growing our team.”
