A year after its very successful launch, CheckMEND, the online stolen property checking service, has called on BOTTLE PR to provide a new public relations campaign. When 10 million checks had been run via the online service, CheckMEND realised it was time for more PR.
CheckMEND wanted a video for its website to show visitors what the service offers. The five minute news format show is now on the customer website and is proving popular, with x hits.
CheckMEND has found that £1billions-worth of items has been checked and that £100 millions-worth of these were stolen. Statistics like these make a story hit home and BOTTLE PR has begun to target consumer, trade and national media to increase awareness of what CheckMEND has to offer.
BOTTLE PR is also in the process of setting up a blog for the site, which will provide quick, easy to read information for consumers and trade checkers.
