issue 8 - Feb 2010 |
Welcome to the latest edition of ‘Message in a BOTTLE’. We’ve had a stonking start to 2010 – three new consultants have joined the team along with eight new clients. We are also delighted to announce that we’ve partnered with ROBIN (Responsible Oxfordshire Business Network) to provide advice and support for its inVOLve project – an initiative across Oxfordshire which helps to develop skills based employer supported volunteering across the county. BOTTLE PR will be providing expertise to communicate to local businesses the benefits of how becoming involved in the project can help them, whilst also volunteering staff time to help the community.
If you have any questions for BOTTLE PR then do email us at corkingpr@bottlepr.co.uk or call us on 01865 882988.
Kindest regards
Claire Cairns
Managing Director

In a recent incident, they asked filmmaker Kevin Smith to de-plane because he was too large for the seats. Kevin twittered about his experience to his 1.65 million followers. Cue furious emails, letters and a desperate PR division working overtime to fix the situation.

Each month BOTTLE PR gives away a bottle to one lucky subscriber… the bottle could be a magnum of champagne, a hot water bottle or even a bottle of bubble bath…
Last month Sharon Moore correctly answered that William Painter was the man who invented the first ever bottle cap in the late 1800s and won a lovely hot water bottle from the White Company.
This month the prize is a bottle of champagne.
To be in with a chance of winning please answer the following question;
What is the largest size of champagne bottle called?
Please send your answers to bottleofthemonth@bottlepr.co.uk.
