The following activities must be carried out before we undertake your PR campaign to ensure a tightly focused media strategy with consistent messaging. Our professional approach involves:

Understanding your business
We invest our own time in order to find out more about your business, the marketplace, your target audiences and your organisation’s messaging.

Creation of standard documents
We will prepare a press pack tailored to your media to provide them with background information on the company.

Target media
We believe in identifying a highly-focused and prioritised list of media on which we concentrate on building relationships on behalf of clients. We would aim for a maximum of 30 publications

Forward features
We identify all forward features and other opportunities for our clients in each of the target publications. We will then ensure that our clients are represented in the feature through comment, interview or contributed copy.

Topics for comment
Journalists love specialists who are prepared to be opinionated and offer views at short notice. We work with our clients to identify a list of topics and issues on which a named spokesperson is prepared to comment or be interviewed.
