- > Carole has 14 years� communications experience in the not-for-profit and arts sectors.
- > Before moving into consultancy, Carole worked for young women�s charity YWCA England & Wales, setting up their press office. In her first year, she grew regional and national media coverage from 20 to 200 articles. She planned and delivered the media launch for RESPECT young mums, a repositioning campaign to modernise perceptions of YWCA amongst key audiences.
- > Carole�s experience also encompasses media training, message management, sourcing case studies, events organisation and internal communications.
- > In the latter half of 2005 Carole worked as a tour leader for a leading travel company, to gain first hand experience of the travel industry and customer relations.
