Being asked to handle the PR for an alcoholic drink is guaranteed to put a smile on most PR consultants’ faces, so lucky old BOTTLE PR. We’re working with a new brand of sparkling wine and getting our tongues round in it more ways than one.
Fresita may not be the easiest to pronounce (Fre-see-ta for anyone who doesn’t speak Spanish!) but it’s delighting the palate of many a bubbly drinker. At the moment, it’s one of those ‘best kept secrets’, discovered by people shopping in ASDA, Sainsburys, House of Fraser and independent winesellers.
BOTTLE PR’s job is to bring this delicious Chilean wine, which is blended with Patagonian strawberries, to a wider audience. Its lovely pink appearance suggests ‘girls night in’ but with a clean, crisp taste, it’s ideal for men as well (we know, because we’ve tested it out on the men in our lives!). At around £6.99, BOTTLE PR’s aim is to ensure Fresita becomes the staple of everyone looking for an everyday celebration drink.
The buzz is gaining momentum, with the Sunday Express, Take 5 and Company featuring Fresita within weeks of BOTTLE PR beginning work. Further plans include an exclusive evening at The Energy Clinic in London for a select number of consumer journalists and regional tasting events.
