UK based PR agency, BOTTLE, continues to be recognised for its digital expertise, having been ranked one of the top 50 digital PR agencies in the UK according to PR Week. To complement this nomination, BOTTLE has also been shortlisted in the 2012 CorpComms Digi Awards for ‘Best Evaluation of a Digital Media Campaign’.
BOTTLE was shortlisted within the top 50 digital PR agencies. BOTTLE is also ranked as the number 8 digital agency outside London, showcasing the agency’s continued focus on integrating social media in order to implement rounded PR programmes.
The CorpComms Digi Awards shortlisting, is in recognition of the work that BOTTLE has undertaken with international development charity Practical Action. The campaign gained an estimated total reach of between 1 -1.5 million people in a three month period. Focusing on the topic of ‘technology justice’, the campaign generated: 102 articles or mentions on relevant blogs, websites and forums; over 3600 interactions on Twitter, Facebook and Google+; 20,000 Flickr and YouTube views; 197 registrants for a webinar, which gained a reach of 72,000 people via Twitter on the day.
Paul Sutton, Head of Social Communications comments: “Both of these achievements demonstrate how BOTTLE’s digital offering is moving from strength to strength. This is the second year in a row that we’ve been listed in PR Week’s top 50 digital agencies table, and it could also be the second year in a row that we win a Digi Award, having won the ‘Best Use of Location Based Tools’ award last year for our work with the HISTORY TV channel. Social media communications is forming an ever-more important part of our offering at BOTTLE, so it’s great that this is being recognised.”
