BOTTLE has recently been appointed to implement and co-ordinate a full marketing and PR communications strategy for the new Roseland Peninsula Homes (RPH) development in Trewhiddle Village, Cornwall.
Just a mile from the beach, Trewhiddle Village is on a 14 acre site and will boast 66 three and four bedroom houses, a health spa, pub and restaurant. The homes will be purchased through a fractional ownership scheme, whereby the interested party owns a percentage of the asset until they decide to sell, based on the time they wish to spend at the home.
