BOTTLE has been appointed by Livedrive, the award winning online storage and back-up supplier, to launch its new mobile app, bringing unlimited storage to iPhone and iPad users.
Livedrive was launched in 2008 by entrepreneur, Andrew Michael, to revolutionise the way people store and access their digital content. Andrew previously founded Fasthosts Internet Limited, the UK's largest and most successful Internet hosting company. Nicholas Cowell is also a major backer of the business.
BOTTLE, which was named by PR Week as one of the UK’s Top 40 Technology Consultancies, has been tasked with launching the app nationally and undertaking a high-impact reviews programme for the new product, supporting Livedrive’s move into the media streaming space.
Jamie Brown, General Manager of Livedrive, comments, “We’re passionate about creating better, simpler, more exciting products that change the way our customers consume media and connect through technology. This app takes Livedrive to another level as a business, so we knew we needed to work with the right PR agency to support this. We were really impressed by the BOTTLE team’s genuine energy and enthusiasm as well as their understanding of our business. We’re very excited to be working with the agency.”
Claire Cairns, BOTTLE PR Founder and Director, said: “We’ve been following Livedrive’s growth closely over the last couple of years and so are delighted to work together on this product launch. This move truly positions them as a serious challenger to bigger competitors in the cloud-based media streaming space and BOTTLE PR is thrilled to be a part of this”.
