CCA Calls BOTTLE

CCA International, the leading core contact solution provider in the outsourcing market, has appointed award-winning BOTTLE, to raise its brand awareness and corporate profile to drive its position within the UK market.


CCA International operates 17 Contact Centres in seven countries and is listed on the Euronext, Paris. It employs 4,500 staff globally, with 600 in the UK. As part of the solution they offer,

CCA provides cutting edge technology to support call centre management and will be launching exciting new services imminently. This multi-channel platform will range from voice and email delivery through to SMS and live web-chats.

UK clients include major brands such as BT, Daily Mail, Mars and GM. Globally, CCA International works with Orange, nespresso, Nestle, GE, Manpower and Renault. Accredited with ISO 9001 & 27001, the organisation provides quality and information security management to its clients.

CCA International (UK) is headed up by Managing Director Carol Rogerson, who joined CCA International (UK) in 2002 and became a Member of the management board of CCA International Group in 2005. Last year, Carol led CCA International’s growth of ten per cent in the UK market alone.
