BOTTLE 2.0 BRIEIFING
BOTTLE PR will be running a breakfast seminar on 12 March to offer expertise in how Web 2.0 can be exploited to help businesses manage their brand and reputation. The seminar will be held by Adrian Moss who heads up BOTTLE PR’s Web 2.0 division, offering new media and digital PR services to clients.
“The web today is no longer static and advertorial. It has a very dynamic and interactive nature, allowing organisations to create an honest and immediate connection with their consumers. The seminars will present practical tips and new viewpoints. I’m looking forward to sharing my knowledge and experience.”
The breakfast briefing will cover Web 2.0 and its impact on managing online brand reputation. This will include a snapshot history of Web 2.0, from its origins in 2004 to today with millions of active users. Using real case study examples Adrian will talk about how Web 2.0 and social media is changing the way people communicate with customers and prospects.
The seminars will explore how trends and changes in consumer attitudes need to be taken into account by companies when planning their future communication and PR strategies. Web 2.0 tools and techniques could be considered the ultimate goal of permission and loyalty based marketing. The seminar will advise how these tools may be applied to organisations.
To book on a seminar email [email protected], or call BOTTLE PR on 01865 882988. The seminar costs £15, which BOTTLE PR will donate to their charity the Warwickshire and Northamptonshire Air Ambulance.
