House of Bath appoints BOTTLE PR to promote products

House of Bath, an established multi-channel retailer, has appointed BOTTLE PR to raise awareness of the company and its products as well as launching a refreshed brand in September.

House of Bath offers a collection of classic and contemporary products for every room in the home, many of which are exclusive and not readily available on the high street.

Launched in 1998 and acquired by the N Brown Group in 2004, House of Bath benefits from being part of a larger group which enables it to deliver to its consumers within expectations. An experienced buying team, high quality products and excellent customer service standards have made House of Bath the success it is today.

Considered by many of its 450,000 loyal customers to be a ‘family run’ retailer, House of Bath continues to strive for a range of products and branding that is specifically developed and selected for its audience.

BOTTLE PR is tasked with ensuring House of Bath reaches its current audience with its offering of core ranges and new seasonal products whilst increasing awareness amongst a new audience. The new branding will help enhance the identity of House of Bath and its offering. This will be carried out by gaining regular exposure in the target media and driving catalogue requests and visits to the website.

Kay Handscomb, Marketing Director, House of Bath said: "We feel that BOTTLE PR really understands House of Bath’s development plans and we’re confident the team will work with us to achieve these.

"We were very impressed by BOTTLE PR’s creativity, experience and, most of all, enthusiasm and we’re looking forward to seeing some great results."

Claire Cairns, joint managing director of BOTTLE PR, who led the pitch said: "We want to ensure that the House of Bath product range and new branding stand out in the cluttered retail marketplace. We want to reposition the brand to a wider market.

The fresh, stylish branding should attract a younger audience to grow with the brand, without alienating House of Bath’s core audience. We are delighted to have been appointed by House of Bath at such an exciting time."
