Developer scoops coveted Daily Mail Property Award
Property developer Builders Ede has impressed a panel of expert judges that included TV presenter Phil Spencer and the National Association of Estate Agents CEO to win a Daily Mail UK Property Award 2007 for its renovation of Longfords Mill in the Cotswolds.
Claire Johnson, Sales Manager at Builders Ede, was presented with the ‘County Winner - Best Development Gloucestershire Four Stars’ award from Eric Pickles MP, Shadow Secretary of State. Claire comments: “As the development of a picturesque Victorian woollen Mill, the project is one of our most exciting and challenging to date, but it’s also been a labour of love. It’s very rewarding to see the once-forgotten buildings become a thriving community again.”
BOTTLE PR put Builders Ede forward for the award as part of an ongoing PR programme. Gail Buckle who leads the account for BOTTLE PR says: “The award is a well-deserved recognition for Builders Ede’s expertise in complex renovation projects. Awards like this not only bring fantastic kudos for the client, but showcase industry excellence.”
