wabbadabba do!

A recent campaign by BOTTLE PR to launch search engine wabbadabba has been a roaring success, with a 400% increase in people using the site and a staggering 1,000% increase in revenue generated, less than three months into the campaign.

The campaign achieved coverage across a range of different media; highlights included a three-minute slot on Radio2’s The Steve Wright programme which featured wabbadabba as its ‘website of the day’. This one PR success alone generated over 1,000 extra users. The campaign also resulted in coverage in Stuff magazine, Web User, Tech.co.uk and around 50 different blog sites.

wabbadabba, which is powered by Yahoo!, has the added twist of offering users the chance of winning a prize – just for searching. Up to 15 prizes are awarded at random times throughout the day and prizes range from Amazon vouchers right through to flat-screen TVs.

BOTTLE PR is now carrying out an ongoing PR campaign embracing creative and viral PR.
